Current Report No. 9/2023Date: 1 June 2023Topic:Announcement of industrial dispute with a trade union organisationLegalbasis: Article 17(1) MAR - inside informationContent:TheManagement Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange ("GPW", "Company","Exchange") announces that an industrial dispute arose on 1 June 2023with the Stock Exchange Employees' Trade Union ("ZZPG"). The disputearose as a result of the refusal to comply with the following demands ofthe ZZPG:1. To introduce regulations at GPW S.A. for the paymentof an additional benefit ("inflation benefit");2. Toset the amount of the inflation benefit for 2023 at a minimum of 15% ofthe annual gross base salary of a GPW S.A. Employee, equal to 12 timesthe Employee's base salary as at 31 May 2023;3. To grant aright to the inflation benefit to each Employee employed by GPW S.A. asat 31 May 2023;4. To pay the inflation benefit on the followingdates: by 30 June 2023 (1/2 of the amount of the benefit due) and by 30September 2023 in the remaining amount.The Company willimmediately notify the competent district labour inspector that adispute has arisen and enter into bargaining, i.e., phase I of thedispute, to conduct it in good faith.Legal basis: Article 17(1)of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of theCouncil of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) andrepealing Directive 203/6/EC of the European Parliament and of theCouncil and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and2004/72/EC (OJ L 173) ("MAR").
