Pursuant to Article 17(1) of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of theEuropean Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse(market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of theEuropean Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC, the Management Board of OrangePolska S.A. ("Orange Polska") hereby announces a change in the dividenddates.

With reference to the current report 4/2023 of 15 February 2023 and inconnection with the convocation of the Annual General Meeting of OrangePolska to be held on 29 June 2023, the proposed dividend days have beenchanged:

- the "D" day on which the right to dividend for 12 July 2023(previously 22 June);

- the "W" day on which the dividend is paid for 20 July 2023 (previously6 July).

The proposed amount of the dividend of PLN 0.35 per share has notchanged. The ultimate decision concerning profit distribution will bemade by the Annual General Meeting of Orange Polska.
