REQUEST FOR PUTTING ADDITIONAL ITEMS ON THE AGENDA OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE WARSAW STOCK EXCHANGE CONVENED FOR 26 JUNE 2023

Acting on behalf of the State Treasury, a shareholder of the Warsaw Stock Exchange ("Company"), on the basis of a power of attorney dated 24 February 2023, ref. no. DP.014.37.2023, granted by Mr Jacek Sasin, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of State Assets (enclosed), pursuant to Article 401(1) of the Commercial Companies Code and Article 8(3) of the Company's Articles of Association, I request the addition of the following item to the agenda of the Annual General Meeting of the Company convened for 26 June 2023:

"Changes to the composition of the Exchange Supervisory Board"

Justification

The addition of an item concerning changes to the Exchange Supervisory Board to the agenda of the Annual General Meeting derives from the powers of the General Meeting to elect and dismiss members of the Exchange Supervisory Board and aims to strengthen owners' supervision.
