The Management Board of Energa SA ("Company") informs that the onlyshareholder holding at least 5% of votes at the Ordinary General Meetingof the Company ("OGM") held on 15 June 2023 was PKN ORLEN S.A., entitledto 521,416,640 votes from the possessed shares, which represented 99.41%of the votes taking part in the OGM and constituted 93.28% of the totalnumber of votes in the Company.
