1) Ms Monika Józefiak, a person closely related to person dischargingmanagerial responsibilities Mr Bartosz Józefiak, Management Board Memberof the Company, about purchase of 32 shares in the Company at PLN1420.00 per share on 16 June 2023

2) Mr Bartosz Józefiak, the Management Board Member of the Company,about purchase of 27 shares in the Company at PLN 1420.00 per share on16 June 2023
