With reference to the current report No. 19/2020 and No. 15/2022, theManagement Board of ManyDev Studio SE (hereinafter referred to as:_quot;Issuer_quot; or _quot;Company_quot;) informs about the submission on June 19, 2023 ofan application for suspension of the proceedings for approval by theCommission Financial Supervision Prospectus prepared in connection withthe Company's application for admission to trading on the regulatedmarket operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. shares of the Company,i.e. a total of 21,183,551 (twenty-one million, one hundred and eighthundred and three thousand, five hundred and fifty-one) ordinary bearershares.

The decision to file a motion to suspend the proceedings is related tothe proceedings currently underway before the Provincial AdministrativeCourt in Warsaw as a result of complaints filed by the Company.
