Dividend for 2022

The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. hereby announces that on21 June 2023 the Ordinary General Meeting of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.adopted a resolution on the dividend payout in the amount of PLN 200 000000.00, representing PLN 1.00 per share.

The Ordinary General Meeting of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. set the following:

1) a dividend date for 2022 at 27 July 2023,

2) dividend payment date for 2022 at 10 August 2023.

All of the shares of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., i.e. 200 000 000, arecovered by the dividend.
