Title:Sale of Delta Printing System device to a customer - a deeptech company based in Germany

Content of the Report:The Management Board of XTPL S.A. [_quot;Issuer_quot;,_quot;Company_quot;, _quot;XTPL_quot;] announces that on June 22, 2023 in the evening theCompany has confirmed an order placed by a customer [_quot;Customer_quot;] for thedelivery of a Delta Printing System device. The Issuer accepted theCustomer's order, which means that a sales contract was formed. TheCompany will deliver and commission the indicated device by the end of2023.

XTPL will deliver its device to the laboratory of a German-Americanconsortium developing hardware and software for advanced data analysisand machine learning, located in Germany. The XTPL Delta Printing Systemdevice will be used to prototype a new generation of opto-electronicsolution-based processors, whose innovative design carries the potentialfor significant size reduction and increased computing power, enablingadvanced artificial intelligence processing. The success of theprototype may contribute to the introduction of XTPL technology into theproduction of the customer's highly innovative products.

The revenue generated from the current order of the device will have apositive impact on XTPL S.A.'s financial results achieved in 2023.

Accordingly, for the reasons described above, in the Management Board'sopinion the information disclosed in this current report meets thecriteria of inside information within the meaning of Article 7(1) MAR.
