With reference to the current report No. 19/2020, 15/2022 and 13/2023,the Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE (hereinafter: _quot;Issuer_quot; or_quot;Company_quot;) informs that on June 23, 2023 it received a decision of thePolish Financial Supervision Authority in on the suspension, at therequest of the Issuer, of the proceedings regarding the approval of theIssuer's prospectus drawn up in the form of a single document inconnection with the intention to apply for admission to trading on theregulated market of series F, G, H and I shares, initiated on the basisof the Issuer's request of June 29, 2022 .

The Issuer informed about the submission of the application to suspendthe proceedings in the ESPI report No. 13/2023 of June 19th 2023.
