Current Report No. 12/2023Date: 26 June 2023Subject:Resolution of the GPW Ordinary General Meeting on dividend payment for2022Legal basis: Article 56.1(2) of the Act on Offering -current and periodic informationContent of the report:TheWarsaw Stock Exchange ("GPW", "Company") informs that on 26 June 2023the GPW Ordinary General Meeting ("OGM") took a resolution ondistribution of the Company's 2022 net profit. OGM resolved to allocatethe amount of PLN 113,324,400.00 (in words: one hundred thirteen millionthree hundred twenty-four thousand four hundred zloty). The dividendpayout ratio will be 78.17% of the consolidated profit and 97.09% of thenet profit attributable to the shareholders of the parent entityadjusted for the share of profit of associates.The dividend pershare is PLN 2.70 (in words: two zlotys seventy groszy). The number ofshares covered by the dividend is 41,972,000. Simultaneously, GPW OGMset the dividend record date for 24 July 2023 and the dividend paymentdate for 7 August 2023.Legal basis: § 19.2 of the Regulation ofthe Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodicinformation provided by issuers of securities and on conditions underwhich information required by legal regulations of a third country maybe recognised as equivalent.
