Notification pursuant to Article 69a of the Act on public offering: decreasing a share and achieving over 25% of the total number of votes at the general meeting of the company 4MOBILITY S.A.

EFF Foundation with its registered office at Heiligkreuz 6, 9490 Vaduz, Liechtenstein, register number FL-0002.572.393-7 ("EFF Foundation"), pursuant to Article 69a in relation to Article 69 sec. 1 point 2) of the Act of July 29, 2005, on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2554, as amended) ("Act on public offering") hereby notifies that indirectly decreased its share in 4Mobility S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, registered in the polish trade register of the National Court Register under the number of 0000562846 ("Company") by approximately 14.75% of the Company's share capital, giving 728,917 votes, representing approximately 14.74% votes at the Company's General Meeting and achieved over 25% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of 4Mobility S.A.

After decreasing, the total share capital held indirectly by EFF Foundation is 1,300,000 shares of the Company, representing approximately 26.29% of the Company's share capital, giving the right to 1,300,000 votes, representing approximately 26.29% votes at the total votes at the General Meeting of the Company.

The event that changes the share: is a sale transaction of 728,917 shares of the Company, representing approximately 14.75% of the shares in the Company's share capital, giving the right to 728,917 votes, representing approximately 14.75% of the total votes at the General Meeting of the Company concluded by the subsidiary of EFF Foundation on 22 lune 2023 out of stock market.

Before the event causing the change of EFF Foundation's share, EFF Foundation held indirectly 2,028,917 shares of the Company, representing 41.04% of the Company's share capital, giving the right to 2,028,917 votes, representing 41.04% votes at the total votes at the General Meeting of the Company.

EFF Foundation has not entered into any agreement with any third party of the transfer of rights to exercise the voting rights from the shares of the Company, so there are no entities referred to in Article 87 sec. 1 point 3) letter c) of the Act on public offering.
