Subject: Appointment of a Member of the Supervisory Board of ManyDevStudio european company

The Management Board of ManyDev Studio S.E. with its registered officein Warsaw (_quot;Company_quot;), hereby informs that the Ordinary General Meetingof the Company on June 28th, 2023 appointed Mr. Pawel Filipek to theSupervisory Board of the Company as a member of the Supervisory Board.

The newly appointed member of the Supervisory Board is not listed in theRegister of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the Act of August 20,1997 on the National Court Register and does not conduct any activitycompetitive to the activity performed in the Company's enterprise.Moreover, he does not participate in a company competitive to theCompany's activities as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership oras a member of a body of a capital company or in another competitivelegal person as a member of its body.

Curriculum vitae, containing a description of the abovementioned of amember of the Supervisory Board, education, qualifications andpreviously held positions, together with a description of theprofessional career, constitutes an appendix to this report.
