Introduction of series M bonds to trading on the main market

The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. (_quot;Bank_quot;, _quot;Issuer_quot;) informs thaton June 28, 2023 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange("WSE") adopted resolution No. 688/2023 pursuant to which it decided tointroduce to trading on the main market (Catalyst) as of June 30, 2023,up to 1.000 series M bearer bonds issued by the Bank, with a nominalvalue of PLN 400.000 each, redemption date of June 26, 2026 andregistered by the National Depository for Securities S.A. under the ISINcode: PLALIOR00250 and to list these bonds in the continuous tradingsystem under the abbreviated name _quot;ALR0626_quot;.

The resolution of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange cameinto force on the date of its adoption.
