Adoption by the Annual General Meeting of June 29, 2023 of theresolution on payment of the dividend
The Management Board of Benefit Systems with its seat in Warsaw (the_quot;Company_quot;) informs that on June 29, 2023 the annual general meeting ofthe Company (_quot;Annual General Meeting_quot;) adopted the resolution on paymentof the dividend in the amount of PLN 120,275,222, i.e. in the amount ofPLN 41 per share.
Number of shares covered by the dividend is 2.933.542 shares.
Annual General Meeting determined September 15, 2023 as the dividend dayand September 29, 2023 as the dividend payment date.
