1) James Van Bergh - 453,691 shares representing 453,691 votes at theGeneral Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the GeneralMeeting on June 29, 2023: 21.10%; percentage share in the total numberof votes: 15.47%;

2) Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny - 287,495 sharesrepresenting 287,495 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share inthe number of votes at the General Meeting on June 29, 2023: 13.37%;percentage share in the total number of votes: 9.80%;

3) Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny - 276,200 sharesrepresenting 276,200 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share inthe number of votes at the General Meeting on June 29, 2023: 12.85%;percentage share in the total number of votes: 9.42%;

4) Marek Kamola - 233,500 shares representing 233,500 votes at theGeneral Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the GeneralMeeting on June 29, 2023: 10.86%; percentage share in the total numberof votes: 7,96%;

5) NNLife Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny - 219,655 shares representing219,655 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number ofvotes at the General Meeting on June 29, 2023: 10.22%; percentage sharein the total number of votes: 7.49%.
