Regulatory filing

The Management Board of Agora SA with its registeredseat in Warsaw (_quot;the Company_quot;) in relation to the regulatory filing no25/2023,26/2023 oraz 27/2023published on June 14, 2023 informs, that onJuly 6,2023, in connection with fulfillment of the condition for thesale of real estate located in Tychy at 4 Towarowa Street, for which theDistrict Court in Tychy, 5th Division of Land Registry keeps a land andmortgage register with the number KA1T/00004100/9, consisting of plotNo. 975/16 with an area of 27,774 square meters ("Property"), i.e.resignation by the Katowice Special Economic Zone from exercising itspre-emptive right, the Company concluded the agreement transferringownership of the Property for a price of PLN 19.65 million net.

Legal basis: Art. 17 sec. 1 of Regulation (EU) No596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commissiondirectives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC.
