• On July 7, 2023 – Initial sale under repo agreement with 1,639,890 units. shares at a unit price of BGN 0.940 and maturity under the contract – July 10, 2023 at a unit price of BGN 0.941;

• On July 10, 2023 – Initial sale under repo agreement with 1,250,000 units. shares at a unit price of BGN 1.20 and maturity under the contract – October 10, 2023 at a unit price of BGN 1.232;

• On July 11, 2023 – Initial sale under repo agreement with 5,545,500 units. shares at a unit price of BGN 0.88 and contract maturity – September 11, 2023 at a unit price of BGN 0.896;

• On July 11, 2023 – Initial sale under repo agreement with 1,460,000 units. shares at a unit price of BGN 1.20 and maturity under the contract – October 11, 2023 at a unit price of BGN 1.232.
