The Supervisory Board of InPost S.A. ("InPost") has resolved to submit a nomination for the appointment of Magdalena Dziewguć (born 1978, Polish) as a member of the Supervisory Board.
If appointed, Magdalena Dziewguć will serve as a member of the Supervisory Board of InPost for a period of 4 years with the term starting immediately following an Extraordinary General Meeting that will be convened in H2 of this year. The appointment would continue through until the end of the Annual General Meeting in 2027. With the proposed nomination, InPost's Supervisory Board will comprise 8 members.
If appointed, Magdalena Dziewguć will also be serving as a member of the Company's Remuneration, Appointment and Selection Committee.

She currently serves as a member of the leadership team of Google in Poland and brings significant and relevant experience of technology and digital businesses as well as a deep knowledge of the Polish market overall and its digital ecosystem in particular".
The proposed appointment is consistent with the desired profile drawn up by the Supervisory Board and also with the diversity policy for the Supervisory Board.
