Peter Kocsis, Deputy CEO, WING

WING Group is the leading real estate player in Hungary and the market leading office developer. Peter Kocsis is WING's Deputy Chief Executive Officer responsible for strategy, risk and Management Information System-Data and has been with Wing since 2006. In his current position since 2009, he is responsible for strategy and risk analysis of a portfolio of some 22 property SPVs with assets worth €1 billion and with annual rental income of €60 million. Generates strategy and business plan for the development portfolio worth €1.5 billion GDV. Chief Risk Officer at Wing's real estate fund management company since 2017.

Leader of digitalization and ESG transformation at Wing. Member of the Supervisory Board of Echo Investment S.A., and Bauwert AG. Alumnus of Corvinus University Budapest with MA and subsequently earned post-graduate degrees from the University of Birmingham (MIS) and from Georgetown University (MSFS). He speaks Hungarian, English and German.

Peter Kocsis holds a number of positions in WING group entities, including a position of member of supervisory board of Echo Investment S.A. Except for the abovementioned engagements with the WING capital group entities, he does not carry out any activities competitive to the business of Archicom S.A. and he is not a member of management/supervisory bodies of an entity that is a competitor of Archicom S.A.
