Bence Sass, Deputy CEO, WING

WING Group is the leading real estate player in Hungary and the market leading office developer. Bence Sass is a senior real estate professional with more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. As Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Wing Group, he is managing a team responsible for international business development and investment transactions. To date, he has been involved in transactions with an aggregate volume well exceeding EUR 1 billion. Prior to his current employment, he was a member of the UniCredit Bank's leading real estate financing team.

Member of the supervisory board of Echo Investment S.A. and Bauwert AG. Bence graduated with a BA from the Budapest Business School and an MBA from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics.

He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He speaks Hungarian, English and German.

Bence Sass holds a number of positions in WING group entities, including a position of member of supervisory board of Echo Investment S.A. Except for the abovementioned engagements with the WING capital group entities, he does not carry out any activities competitive to the business of Archicom S.A. and he is not a member of management/supervisory bodies of an entity that is a competitor of Archicom S.A.
