Title:Sale of the Delta Printing System to CENIMAT|i3N in Portugal.

Content of the Report:The Management Board of XTPL S.A. (the"Issuer", "Company") reports that on 24 July 2023 the Company confirmedan order from Portuguese scientific research center CENIMAT|i3N("CENIMAT|i3N", "Customer") for delivery of the Delta Printing Systemdevice.
The Delta Printing System will be used by scientists of the AdvancedFunctional Materials for Micro and Nanotechnologies group (AFMMN), whichis one of three Research Teams (ID Teams) at CENIMAT|i3N in Portugal.The AFMMN group has a strong activity in fab and non-fab processes withstrong experience in the development of materials for key enablingtechnologies. The focus is on the properties of nanoscale materials forthe industries like electronics and optoelectronics. The device is to bedelivered by the end of 2023.
CENIMAT|i3N is a national scientific research center sponsored by theMinistry of Science, Technology and Higher Education, through theFoundation for Science and Technology. For many years, it has been aninternationally leading center in the field of engineering and materialsscience.
The Management Board has decided that the conclusion of the agreementfor the sale of the Delta Printing System is inside information due toits wide target application in areas with significant commercializationpotential. The revenue from the order for the device will have apositive impact on XTPL's financial performance in 2023.
Accordingly, for the reasons described above, in the Management Board'sopinion the information disclosed in this current report meets thecriteria of inside information within the meaning of Article 7(1) MAR.
