NOTIFICATION

"Sopharma" AD (the Company) notifies that on July 31, 2023 the Company will initiate the payment of the 2022 dividend of 60 stotinki voted on the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 2, 2023.

The shareholders eligible for dividend are those registered in the book of shareholders 14 days after the date of the GMS on which the distribution of dividend was voted, i.e. June 16, 2023.

In accordance with the Regulations of the Central Depository, the dividend shall be paid out as follows: for shareholders with client accounts at an investment intermediary – through the respective investment intermediary, for shareholders with personal accounts at the "Central Depository" AD - through the branches of "Eurobank Bulgaria" AD /Postbank/ in the country.
