Content of the Report:The Management Board of XTPL S.A.,headquartered in Wrocław (_quot;Company_quot;), in reference to the Company'scurrent report No. 37/2023 dated July 12, 2023, hereby informs that onAugust 16, 2023 Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (_quot;KDPW_quot;)issued a statement that it has entered into an agreement with theCompany to register 275,000 series V bearer common shares of the Company(_quot;Shares_quot;) with the securities depository. The Shares will be registeredin the securities depository maintained by the KDPW, subject to theirintroduction to trading on the regulated market operated by the WarsawStock Exchange. The Shares will be registered under the existing ISINcode PLXTPL000018.
