The Management Board of Medinice S.A. announces a new date for theinterim report for the first half of year 2023. The report will be madepublic on 24 August 2023.

According to the schedule for the publication of interim reportspublished in current report No. 1/2023 on 11 January 2023, the declaredpublication date was 20 September 2023.

The half-yearly report for the first half of 2023 includes the interimconsolidated financial statements together with the interim separatefinancial statements.

Specific legal basis:

§ 80(2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 oncurrent and periodic information provided by issuers of securities andthe conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required bythe laws of a non-member state.
