Appointment of a member of the Management Board

The Management Board of Benefit System S.A. with its registered officein Warsaw (the _quot;Company_quot;) announces that on 23 August 2023. TheSupervisory Board of the Company passed a resolution to appoint from 6September 2023. Mr Marcin Fojudzki to the Management Board of theCompany as a Member of the Management Board.

Mr Marcin Fojudzki is a graduate of Finance and Banking at the PoznańUniversity of Economics and the School of Banking in CapitalInvestments. He also completed the Kellogg-Católica Advanced ManagementProgram and obtained ACCA qualifications. He started his professionalcareer in audit and financial advisory firms. From 2009 to 2017, heworked at Eurocash Group as a financial controller and later served asDirector of Financial Controlling, General Manager of EurocashCash_amp;Carry and Deputy CFO of Eurocash Group. He also served as a memberof the Supervisory Board of Mar-Ol Group and Frisco. As of 2018, he wasa member of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer of IglotexS.A.

Based on the statement of the appointed Member of the Company'sManagement Board, he performs other activity outside the Company, i.e.business activity conducted personally in the field of financialconsultancy, which is not competitive to the activity performed in theCompany. Moreover, he does not participate in any company competitive inrespect of the Company as a partner in a civil partnership, partnershipor capital company, nor does he participate as a member of a body in anyother competitive legal person, nor is he entered in the Register ofInsolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the Act of 20 August 1997 on theNational Court Register.
