Subject:_#160;Finalisationof certification process of "Lords of the Fallen" for Sony PlayStation 5and Microsoft XboxSeriesX|Splatforms

The ManagementBoard of Cl Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company")hereby announces that the certification process of"Lordsof the Fallen"_#160;forthe Microsoft Xbox Series X|S and Sony Playstation 5 platforms has beencompleted. This means that the game"Lordsof the Fallen"_#160;hasbeen approved for release on Sony Playstation 5 and Microsoft XboxSeries X|S platforms.

Given thescheduled release of"Lordsof the Fallen"on13 October 2023 and the relevance of this project for the Company, theManagement Board of the Company considered it reasonable to qualify thisinformation as confidential within the meaning of Article 17 (1) of theMAR Regulation.
