Notification pursuant to Article 69 clause 1 point 2) of the Act on public offering – shareholding decreased to 0% of the total number of votes at the general meeting of the company 4Mobility S.A.

at Europalaan 24, 6199 AB Maastricht - Airport, The
Netherlands registered in the Dutch trade register
under the number 71581979 ("EFF"), pursuant to
Article 69 clause 1 point 2) of the Act of the 29th July,
2005 on public offering and conditions of introduction
of financial instruments into an organized trading
system and on public companies (uniform text Journal
of Laws of 2022, item 2554; as amended) ("Act on
public offering") we hereby notify that EFF's
shareholding has decreased to 0% of the total
number of votes at the General Meeting of
4Mobility S.A. with its registered office in Warszawa,
registered in the polish trade register of the National
Court Register under the number of 0000562846
("Company").
Before the event causing the change of share EFF
held directly 1,300,000 shares of the Company,
representing approximately 26.29% of the Company's
share capital, giving the right to 1,300,000 votes,
representing approximately 26.29% votes at the total
votes at the General Meeting of the Company.

EFF pośrednio nie posiadała akcji Spółki.	EFF indirectly didn't hold any shares of the Company.
Zdarzenie powodujące zmianę udziału: W wyniku transakcji przeprowadzonej za pośrednictwem domu maklerskiego zawartej poza alternatywnym systemem obrotu prowadzonym przez GPW S.A. w Warszawie (rynek NewConnect), w dniu 30 sierpnia 2023 r. EFF zbyła akcje Spółki, stanowiące ok. 26,29% udziału w kapitale zakładowym Spółki, dające prawo do 1.300.000 głosów, stanowiących ok. 26,29% ogólnej liczby głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu Spółki (przeksięgowanie akcji nastąpiło w dniu 30 sierpnia 2023 r.).	The event that changes the share: As a result of a transaction conducted through a brokerage house concluded outside the alternative trading system operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange (NewConnect market), on 30 August 2023, EFF sold 1,300,000 shares of the Company, representing approximately 26.29% of the shares in the Company's share capital, giving the right to 1,300,000 votes, representing approximately 26.29% of the total votes at the General Meeting of the Company (the shares were transferred on 30 August 2023).
EFF po dokonaniu transakcji posiada bezpośrednio 0 akcji Spółki, stanowiących 0% udziału w kapitale zakładowym Spółki, dających prawo do 0 głosów, co stanowi 0% głosów w ogólnej liczbie głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu Spółki.	After the transaction, EFF holds directly 0 shares of the Company, representing 0% of the Company's share capital, giving the right to 0 votes, representing 0% votes at the total votes at the General Meeting of the Company.
EFF po dokonaniu transakcji pośrednio nie posiada akcji Spółki.	After the transaction, EFF doesn't hold indirectly any shares of the Company.
Jednocześnie informujemy, że podmioty zależne od EFF nie posiadają akcji w kapitale zakładowym Spółki.	In addition, we inform that no subsidiaries of EFF hold any shares in the share capital of the Company.
EFF nie zawarł również z jakimkolwiek podmiotem trzecim umów, których przedmiotem byłoby przekazywanie uprawnień do wykonywania prawa głosu z akcji Spółki, a zatem nie istnieją osoby/podmioty o których mowa w art. 87 ust. 1 pkt 3) lit. c) Ustawy o ofercie publicznej.	EFF has not entered into any agreement with any third party of the transfer of rights to exercise the voting rights from the shares of the Company, so there are no entities referred to in Article 87 clause 1 point 3)letter c) of the Act on public offering.
