InPost S.A. (InPost) has decided to hold its Extraordinary General Meeting (the EGM) on 5 October 2023 at 9.00 CEST. The EGM can be attended in person or by proxy.

Arrangements are made for shareholders to exercise their voting rights at the EGM (for those attending in person) or electronically in advance of the EGM until 4 October 2023, 12:00 CEST.
