Completion of the subscription of series M bonds - supplement to currentreport no. 14/2023 of June 5, 2023

In reference to the Current Report No. 14/2023 of June 5, 2023 theManagement Board of Alior Bank S.A. (_quot;Bank_quot;, "Issuer"), announces to thepublic an information on the final amount of total costs related to thesubscription of series M bonds (_quot;Bonds_quot;), information on the method ofsettling these costs in the accounting books and the method of theirrecognition in the Bank's financial statements and information on theaverage cost subscription per one Bond:

1. The amount of total costs that have been included in the costs of theBond issue, with an indication of the amount of costs by their title,split into costs:

a. preparation and execution of the offer:

The costs of preparing and conducting the Bond offer, including thecosts of legal advisory services, amounted to PLN 10.92 thousand gross.

b. remuneration of underwriters, for each separately:

Not applicable. With respect to the issue of the Bonds, the Issuer didnot conclude underwriting agreements.

c. preparation of the issue prospectus, including consulting costs:

The total costs of preparing the issue prospectus (including subsequentsupplements), including the costs of legal advice and the costs of feespaid to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, amounted to PLN138.82 thousand gross.

d. offer promotion:

Not applicable. With respect to the issue of the Bonds, the Issuer didnot incur any costs related to the promotion of the offer.

The total costs of the Bond issue listed above amounted to PLN 149.75thousand gross.

2. The method of settlement of the above-mentioned costs in theaccounting books and the method of their recognition in the Bank'sfinancial statements:

The costs related to the preparation and updating of the prospectus andother costs related to the subscription of the Bonds were recognized ona one-off basis in the Bank's profit and loss account.

3. Average subscription cost per Bond:

The average cost of the subscription per one Bond covered by thesubscription, calculated as the quotient of: (i) the total cost of theBond issue and (ii) the total number of Bonds, amounted to PLN 149.75gross.
