Zarząd Indos SA z siedzibą w Chorzowie - w nawiązaniu do raportów bieżących ESPI nr 28/2017 z 5 października 2017 r., ESPI nr 6/2020 z 17 lipca 2020 r., ESPI nr 8/2020 z 28 sierpnia 2020 r., ESPI nr 9/2020 z 17 września 2020 r., EBI nr 11/2020 z 21 września 2020 r., ESPI nr 12/2020 z 30 grudnia 2020 r., ESPI nr 14 z 19 lipca 2023 r. oraz EBI nr 16/2023 z 3 sierpnia 2023 r. - informuje, że w dniu 18 września 2023 r. doszło do terminowego wykupu notowanych na rynku Catalyst obligacji serii K5 Emitenta. Wykup objął wszystkie do tej pory niewykupione obligacje serii K5, tj. 34.678 szt. obligacji o wartości nominalnej 100 zł każda, o łącznej wartości nominalnej równej 3.467.800,00 zł. Z dniem wykupu obligacje zostały umorzone.
