The Management Board of Grupa Azoty S.A. represents that to the best of its knowledge the interim condensed separate financial statements and the interim condensed consolidated financial statements for the periods January 1st 2023 – June 30th 2023 and April 1st 2023 – June 30th 2023, together with the comparative data, have been prepared in accordance with the applicable accounting policies and give a true and fair view of the Company's and the Group's assets, financial position and performance.

The Directors' Report for the period January 1st 2023 – June 30th 2023 gives a true view of the Group's development, achievements and position, and includes a description of key threats and risks.
