## **Notification on transaction by an insider**

Ovostar Union Public Company Limited (WSE: OVO) (further referred to as "Company") informs that on 29 September 2023 its majority shareholder **Prime One Capital Limited** sold 120,000 shares at PLN 70.00 per share, thereby decreasing the total shareholding of **Prime One Capital** from **4 076 046** shares to **3 956 046** shares (or from 67,93% to 65,93% of total outstanding shares, respectively).
