Information on quarterly sales bookings

Huuuge, Inc. (the "Issuer"), hereby announces the estimated consolidatedrevenue excluding deferred revenue (bookings) in the third quarter of2023._#160;

Sales bookings amounted to USD 72.0 million, which constitutes approx.7% decrease year to year, i.e., compared to the third quarter of 2022and approx. 5% increase compared to the second quarter of 2023._#160;

At the same time, the Issuer announces that this report contains onlypreliminary data, which may differ from the final data to be publishedin the report for the third quarter of 2023._#160;
