Change in the terms of the Long-Term Bond Issue Program of Alior BankS.A.

With reference to current report No. 27/2019 of August 5, 2019 regardingthe initiation of the Long-Term Bond Issuance Program of Alior Bank S.A.(_quot;Program_quot;) the Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. (_quot;Bank_quot;) informsthat on October 17, 2023, the Supervisory Board of the Bank, inaccordance with the motion of the Bank's Management Board, agreed tochange the terms of the Program.

The duration of the Program has changed, i.e. this period has beenextended to December 31, 2028 (previously, bonds could be issued withinfive years from the date of entry into force of the resolutioncommencing the Program, i.e. until August 5, 2024). At the same time,the requirement to offer bonds in Poland solely on the basis of baseprospectuses prepared by the Bank in accordance with the Regulation (EU)2017/1129 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 June 2017on the prospectus to be published when securities are offered to thepublic or admitted to trading on a regulated market and repealingDirective 2003/71/EC (as amended) was waived.

The remaining terms of the Program have not changed.
