Positiveevaluation by PARP of the Company's application for funding under theEuropean Funds for Modern Economy program.

TheManagement Board of Genomtec S.A. [Company, Genomtec] announces that onOctober 19, 2023, it became aware that the Polish Agency for EnterpriseDevelopment [PARP] has made available the results of the evaluation ofthe application submitted by the Company within the framework of thecall implemented under the program European Funds for Modern Economy[Action Path SMART FENG.01.01-IP.02-001/23/2023] for the projectentitled: _quot;Development of technology and automated system for mutationdetection in the field of clinical oncology based on lab-on-chipsolution and isothermal nucleic acid amplification techniques_quot;[Project]. The application was evaluated positively by PARP. Therecommended amount of funding for the Project is about PLN 21.6 millionwith a total project budget of about PLN 40 million.

Thesubject of the Project is the development of technology and an automatedsystem for mutation detection in the field of clinical oncology based onlab-on-chip solution and isothermal nucleic acid amplificationtechniques. The project includes three modules_quot; R_amp;D Work, Digitizationand Internationalization.

TheR_amp;D work will include laboratory work on technology for detection ofmutations in the field of oncology using microfluidic cards allowingdiagnosis and enabling molecularly targeted cancer therapy. In thecourse of further work, the technology will be developed using adedicated analyzer and a clinical trial will be conducted.

Aspart of the Digitization module, an investment will be made in tools toenable more efficient implementation of R_amp;D work. As part of theInternationalization module, participation in a number of foreign tradefairs and protection of Genomtec S.A.'s intellectual property isplanned.The project will be implemented in the period from January 2024to June 2027.
