Subject:Estimatedtotal production costs for Lords of the Fallen

The Management Board of CI Games S.E. with itsregistered office in Warsaw (the _quot;Company_quot;), having reviewedthe estimated financial data for the period up to December 31, 2023,hereby informs that the Company estimates that the total productioncosts (excluding engine license fees) of Lords of the Fallen will amountto approximately PLN 178 million, while the cost of marketing willamount to PLN 81.5 million and production on physical media will amountto PLN 21.5 million.

The information was considered confidential due toits importance to the Company, in particular its potential impact on theCompany's financial position.
