TheManagement Board of CIECH S.A., with a registered office in Warsaw (the_quot;Company_quot; or the _quot;Issuer_quot;), announces a correction of current ReportNo.62/2023 of October 25,2023("theReport").

Asa result of an obvious typing error, the wrong title of the report wasindicated:

TheReport reads: "Conclusion of an agreement on the analysis of thefeasibility of implementing the project consisting in the constructionof modular nuclear power plants. Termination of the letter of intent ofSynthos Green Energy S.A.",

whilethe Report should read: "Conclusion of an agreement on the analysis ofthe feasibility of implementing the project consisting in theconstruction of modular nuclear power plants.".
