The Management Board ofArchicom S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (the _quot;Company_quot;)hereby announces that it received a statement from the NationalDepository for Securities S.A. (in Polish:Krajowy Depozyt PapierówWartościowych S.A.) (_quot;NDS_quot;) No. 1036/2023 dated 2November 2023, by which the NDS announced that it enters into anagreement with the Company for the registration with the securitiesdepository of 3,892,568 (three million eight hundred ninety-two thousandfive hundred and sixty-eight) series D bearer shares with a nominalvalue of PLN 10.00 each (the _quot;Shares_quot;), and designating themwith the ISIN codePLARHCM00016(the _quot;Statement_quot;),subject to admission to trading on a regulated market to which othershares of the Company with the aforementioned ISIN code were admitted.Pursuantto the Statement, the registration of the Shares will take place inconnection with the closing of the accounts maintained for thetransferable rights to shares designated with the code PLARHCM00099,within 3 days of the receipt by the NDS of the decision to admit theaforementioned Shares to trading on the regulated market to which othershares of the Company designated with the aforementioned ISIN code wereadmitted, but not earlier than the date indicated in that decision asthe date of admission of those shares to trading on that market.
