The Management Board of Santander BankPolska S.A. ("the Bank") hereby informs that on 14 November 2023 theSupervisory Board of the Bank passed a resolution on appointing ArturGłembocki for the position of Management Board Member of the Bank. ArturGłembocki took up the position on 14 November 2023.

Artur Głembocki meets the requirements ofthe Banking Law Act of 29 August 1997.
