Affirmation of ratings and revision of outlook of Alior Bank S.A. byrating agency Fitch Ratings Ltd.

The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. (_quot;Bank_quot;) hereby informs that on14 November, 2023, rating agency Fitch Ratings Ltd. (_quot;Fitch_quot;, _quot;Agency_quot;)informed the Bank that it has affirmed the long-term and short-termratings of the Bank at the current level and revised the outlook for theBank from _quot;Stable_quot; to _quot;Positive_quot;.

The full list of ratings assigned by the Agency is as follows:

1. Long-Term IDR: _#8216;BB', positive outlook

2. Short-Term IDR: _#8216;B'

3. National Long-Term Rating: _#8216;BBB+(pol)', positive outlook

4. National Short-Term Rating: _#8216;F1(pol)'

5. Viability Rating: _#8216;bb'

6. Government Support Rating: _#8216;ns'

The Agency noted that, the revision of the Outlook reflects the Bank'scontinuing improvements in financial profile. Fitch expects the Bank'stightened underwriting, greater focus on secured lending and moderationof growth to have a positive impact on its risk profile and loanimpairment charges in the longer term. The ratings also consider Bank'sstrengthened capital buffers and typically stable funding and liquidityprofile.
