Santander Bank Polska SA ("the Bank")announces the following dates of publishing financial reports in 2024:

Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2024 -30.04.2024

Consolidated half-yearly report for the H12024 - 24.07.2024

Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2024 -30.10.2024

Additionally, the Bank advises that selectedunaudited consolidated financial information for 2023 will be publishedin a current report on 31.01.2024.

Additionally, the Bank advises that thepublished consolidated quarterly reports and the consolidatedhalf-yearly report will include condensed unconsolidated quarterlyfinancial information and condensed unconsolidated half-yearly financialstatement.

§ 80 section 1 and § 79 section 2 of theFinance Minister's Ordinance of 29 March 2018 on current and financialreports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equaltreatment of the information required by the laws of a non-member state.
