TheManagement Board of CIECH S.A., with a registered office in Warsaw (the_quot;Company_quot; or the _quot;Issuer_quot;), in connection with current report No.67/2023 of November 22, 2023 concerning the adoption by the Issuer'sExtraordinary General Meeting of a resolution on the withdrawal of theCompany's shares from trading on the regulated market, informs that onNovember 24, 2023 the Company filedapplicationto the Financial Supervision Authority for permission to withdraw CIECHS.A. shares from trading on the regulated market operated by the WarsawStock Exchange (_quot;WSE_quot;), pursuant to Article 91 Section 1 of the Act ofJuly 29, 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introductionof Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and Public Companies.

Theapplication in question relates to all the Company's shares admitted totrading on the regulated market operated by the WSE, i.e. 52,699,909(fifty-two million six hundred and ninety-nine thousand nine hundred andnine) ordinary bearer shares of the Company, including:

a)_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;20,816 (twentythousand eight hundred and sixteen) series A ordinary bearer shares;

b)_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;19,775,200 (nineteenmillion seven hundred and seventy-five thousand two hundred) series Bordinary bearer shares;

c)_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;8,203,984 (eightmillion two hundred and three thousand nine hundred and eighty-four)series C ordinary bearer shares;

d)_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;23,000,000(twenty-three million) series D ordinary bearer shares;

e)_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;1,699,909 (onemillion six hundred and ninety-nine thousand nine hundred and nine)series E ordinary bearer shares;

witha nominal value of PLN 5.00 (five zlotys) each share, registered andmarked by the National Depository for Securities S.A. (Krajowy DepozytPapierów Wartościowych S.A.), with the code PLCIECH00018.
