Title:Sale of Delta Printing System device to Hamburg TechnicalUniversity in Germany

Article 17(1) MAR - inside information.The Management Board ofXTPL S.A. [_quot;Issuer_quot;, _quot;Company_quot;, _quot;XTPL_quot;] announces that on November 27,2023 Company has confirmed the order placed by the German ResearchCommunity - Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft [_quot;DFG_quot;, _quot;Fund_quot;] for thedelivery of a Delta Printing System device to the Hamburg University ofTechnology [_quot;TUHH_quot;, _quot;User_quot;]. The Issuer has accepted the order placed byDFG, which means to enter into a sales agreement. The Company willdeliver and install the device in 2024.

The Delta Printing System device ordered by DFG as part of the researchproject will be used by researchers at TUHH's Institute of MicrosystemsTechnology for work related to a new generation of advancedelectromechanical microsystems. The team of scientists has many years ofexperience in research in medical engineering, microsensor technologyand life science.

The Management Board considered the conclusion of the agreement to sellthe Delta Printing System device as confidential information due to itsbroad target application in areas with significant commercializationpotential. The revenue generated from the device order will have apositive impact on XTPL S.A.'s financial results achieved in 2024.

For the reasons described above, the information provided in thiscurrent report, in the opinion of the Issuer's Management Board, meetsthe criteria for confidential information within the meaning of Article7(1).
