Body ofthe Report:

TheManagement Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ("Company", "JSWS.A.") provides the attached answers to questions asked by ashareholder of the Company who is a natural person pursuant to Article428 §6 of the Commercial Company Code.

At the sametime, the Company hereby reports that one of the shareholder's questionsis similar to previous shareholder questions, which JSW S.A. has alreadyanswered by sending the answers directly to the shareholders andpublishing relevant current reports. In addition, on the Company'scorporate website, a section entitled "Shareholders Questions" was addedin the "Investor Relations" tab, which contains a summary of questionsand answers, organized by topic.

Theredundant question concerned topics related to the solidaritycontribution.
