TheBoard of Directors of KSG Agro S.A. is pleased to communicate that, withthe aim of augmenting the transparency of the company's operations,aligning with international best practices, and facilitating projectfinancing within the European Union, a resolution has been made to carryout internal restructuring at the level of Holding company, which isused by the beneficial owner of KSG Agro S.A. to own its shares. Theshares of KSG Agro SA will from now on be held by DEMALINE HOLDINGLIMITED, based in Cyprus, instead of Olbis S.A. Panama. The ultimatebeneficiaries remain unchanged, so this is classified as an internalrestructuring. This strategic decision is in line with our commitment toensuring transparency and conformity with global standards.
