Zarząd CI Games SE ("Spółka") w dniu 23 października 2023 r. raportem bieżącym poinformował rynek, że sprzedaż gry Lords of the Fallen przekroczyła 1 mln egzemplarzy. Liczba ta odzwierciedlała sprzedaż w kanałach cyfrowych, w połączeniu ze sprzedażą kopii na nośnikach fizycznych wprowadzonych do dystrybucji do dnia 23 października 2023 r. Sprzedaż ta na dzień 30 listopada 2023 była bliska 1,2 mln egzemplarzy.

Zarząd Spółki w dniu 29 listopada 2023 r. podczas publicznego webinaru dla inwestorów poinformował o sprzedaży bliskiej 900 000 egzemplarzy, co było szacowaną sprzedażą w kanałach cyfrowych oraz na nośnikach fizycznych do klientów końcowych do dnia 28 listopada 2023 r. Shareholder Question: From what sales period was the number of copies of Lords of the Fallen game sold presented during yesterday's webinar with company representatives: 900,000 units. Is this the actual number of copies sold as of the date of the webinar (i.e., November 29, 2023), or a reference to the current report published on October 23, 2023, in which the company reported that sales of the Lords of the Fallen game exceeded 1 million copies as of the date of the current report?

Management Board response:

The Management Board of CI Games SE (the "Company") informed the market in a current report on 23 October 2023 that sales of the game Lords of the Fallen exceeded 1 million copies. The number reflected sales in digital channels, combined with sales of physical media copies released for distribution until 23 October 2023. Those sales as of 30 November 2023 were close to 1.2 million copies.

On 29 November 2023, during a public webinar for investors, the Company's Management Board announced sales close to 900,000 copies, which was the estimated sales in digital channels and physical media to end customers by 28 November 2023. A detailed definitions of sales of both 1 million copies and 900,000 copies were presented during the Company's Management Board public webinars for investors.
