By Starcom Holding AD:

• On December 1, 2023 – Initial sale under a repo transaction agreement with 1,441,200 shares at a unit price of BGN 1,140 and maturity under the contract – June 1, 2024 at a unit price of BGN 1,169;

• On December 4, 2023 – Initial sale under a contract for a repo transaction with 900,000 shares at a unit price of BGN 1.00 and maturity under the contract – June 4, 2024 at a unit price of BGN 1.033;

• On December 4, 2023 – Initial sale under a repo transaction contract with 950,000 shares at a unit price of BGN 1.00 and maturity under the contract – June 4, 2024 at a unit price of BGN 1.033;

• On December 4, 2023 – Initial sale under a repo transaction contract with 857,000 shares at a unit price of BGN 1.00 and maturity under the contract – June 4, 2024 at a unit price of BGN 1.033;

• On December 5, 2023 – Initial sale under a repo transaction agreement with 11,853,500 shares at a unit price of BGN 0.825 and contract maturity – April 5, 2024 at a unit price of BGN 0.855;
