TheManagement Board of Carbon Studio S.A., headquartered in Chorzów[_quot;Company_quot;], in reference to ESPI report No. 15/2022 published onNovember 25, 2022, informs that in collaboration with its subsidiary,Iron VR S.A., based in Chorzów [_quot;Iron VR_quot;], they have set the releasedate for the Hunt Together game [_quot;Game_quot;]. The premiere is scheduled forJanuary 18, 2024.IronVR is the developer of the Game, while the Company is responsible forits publishing and distribution.TheGame will be released on the Meta Quest 2 and Meta Quest 3 platforms.HuntTogether is a multiplayer VR game offering two Player vs Player gameplaymodes. In these modes, players take on the roles of a Hunter or a Ghost,using various skills, items and elements of the environment to overcometheir opponent. The arenas for these battles include locations such asan abandoned mine, haunted mansion, or orphanage. In addition to facingoff against friends in duels (1v1) or Hide and Seek (1v3) mode, playerscan acquire new skins for their favorite characters and develop theirskills.TheCompany intention is for the PCVR version of the Game (with CrossplayMeta Quest x PCVR option) to be released in February 2024. The Companywill provide information on the exact release date for the PCVR platformin a separate report.TheCompany considers the above information significant due to the fact thatthe Game's premiere may have a substantial impact on the Issuer'sfinancial results.
