"On what (exact) date was the report referred to in Article 29d sec. 1 of the Act of 16 August 2023 (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1785) submitted and was this the final report submitted to the Settlement Manager. In the case of corrections to the report, please provide the exact date of the final report submitted to the Settlement Manager on the basis of which the solidarity contribution was paid."

The report referred to in Article 29d sec. 1 of the Act of 16 August 2023 (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1785) was submitted to the Settlement Manager on 17 October 2023. The solidarity contribution was paid on the basis of the submitted report.

We did not submit a correction of the report to the Settlement Manager.
