Sofia, Bulgaria – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, "Sopharma" AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on December 12, 2023 the Company bought 150 000 (one hundred and fifty thousand) own shares representing 0.087% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 915,000 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 6,10.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 14,044,336 representing 8.137% of the share capital of the Company.
